Scott Sudaisar leads the Sudaisar Polygraph and Forensic Assessments, LLC (SPFA, LLC). With more than 22-years of experience as a police investigator, and 10-years of experience as a Polygraph Examiner, he has a distinguished record throughout the State of Oregon and in the Federal Court. Law Enforcement agencies, District Attorneys and private attorneys have routinely called upon him to investigate, and consult upon, some of the most complex, high profile, and politically sensitive cases in the state. He is uniquely qualified for, and experienced in, conducting investigations such as Death Investigations; Aggravated Murders; use of deadly and non-deadly force; in-custody deaths; Missing Persons; Child Abuse; Sex Crimes; Domestic Violence; Organized Crimes; Arson; Corporate Securities; Fraud; Embezzlement; Theft; analysis of organizational systems; Federal, State and County Correctional facilities; Public Official Inquiries; crime scene analysis; major case management and trial preparation; Rules of Evidence and Brady Obligations. This is a mobile business. Although we are based in the Portland-metro area, and have office space in Newberg, Oregon, we are prepared to travel throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California. Exams may be considered elsewhere, with proper travel arrangements.

The overall goal of SPFA, LLC, as part of the Containment Approach, is to: 1) Increase
Public Safety and 2) Add incremental validity to Risk Assessment, Risk Management and
Treatment Planning.
SPFA, LLC is certified to conduct the following types of PCSOT and PCDVT examinations:

- Fees for polygraph tests vary depending on the needs of the customer and the type of testing involved. A total flat rate price will be offered. There are no hidden fees. Pricing is competitive and reasonable.
- Contract Pricing is available for Government Agencies, Attorneys, Professional Treatment Providers and Corporations.
- Acceptable payment methods are Cash, credit card and Cashier’s Check. Personal Checks will not be accepted, except upon prior agreement.
- Contract Pricing may differ.
- All fees are collected before the exam begins. This ensures the examination will be conducted without the appearance of bias.
- This is a mobile service. Exams will be conducted in private, discreet locations only: professional offices, government offices, and correctional facilities will be utilized. Exams will not be conducted in homes nor motel rooms.
- Evening and weekend appointments are available.
- Your information will never be sold. Confidentiality is assured for all clients.
